  6. hi there, i am a mom of 9 children and pregnant with my tenth baby. i just live in Jeddah for little over a year now. in holland(where i come from) its normal to have a natural birth and preferably at home. now i saw one midwife listed in your list, but there is written "doing doula work". does that mean she does deliver babies or just assist the woman? and what about the birthcertificate if the baby is born at home?
