  1. Dear Aisha,

how excited I am to find this information about you!
I am an expat in Saudi and so far I have never heard of anybody giving these courses.
All the doctors I have met seems never go here for a natural birth option.....sad.....
I just hope that soon enough I will be able to get in touch regarding your services :)
All the best to you meanwhile!
    Regards,GG

  2. I'm happy to hear from you too, GG! One birth at a time, I hope to make a difference in the culture of birthing. Birth is not an emergency nor is it a business. It's a natural event, perfectly created and I feel it's a gift when I can reassure women and teach them to trust in it. :)

  3. It is so comforting to know someone in this region is offering something like this- teaching women once again the task that we are naturally designed to do. I am pregnant with my first one and due in June. Residing in Jeddah, I so wish you were here to offer your classes as I could find none here. I am practising hypnobirthing techniques to relax and prepare myself for the big day and am so excited about it instead of being nervous and fearful. I am gradually discussing my birth preferences with my doctor here as many practitioners here do not take up natural birthing as easily especially with so many women requesting pain killers. Would really appreciate if you can guide me to some sort of classes/coaching in the city of Jeddah that may help me prepare further for the most awaited time of my life:) Lots of prayers and good wishes for you- Sadia

  4. Salam alaikum, Sadia,

Masha'Allah, alf mabrook on your pregnancy and dua for your healthy pregnancy and baby and easy natural birth, ameen.

You may check my resources page for my Jeddah contacts and email me at aisha_alhajjar@yahoo.com and I can send you some other email addresses of doulas and a midwive in Jeddah, insha'Allah.

I cannot personally recommend anyone or their services, just put you in contact, insha'Allah.

If you have any plans to visit Riyadh before delivery I'd be happy to meet with you and go over some basics to help you with your labor and birth. Your husband could also come and we could work together to get you both prepared as much as possible, insha'Allah.

Please do keep in touch and let me know how it goes. I'd love to share your birth story on my blog as well, insha'Allah. :)

    Best regards,

    -Aisha, Natural Mom
